What is an NCC service and how is it different from a taxi?
NCC stands for Noleggio Con Conducente, the Italian licence for private hire with a chauffeur: a car with a professional driver, booked in advance and dedicated to you alone. Unlike a taxi, it cannot be hailed on the street or wait at public taxi ranks: vehicle, time and destination are agreed before departure.
How do I book a transfer with FleeTO?
Fill in the form in the Book section with pick-up, destination, date, time and number of passengers: our Sales office will contact you to confirm the service and the most suitable vehicle. If you prefer, call us or message us on WhatsApp: you will find the numbers in the Contact section.
Do you provide airport and railway station transfers?
Yes: we organise transfers to and from airports and railway stations, as well as private homes, hotels, offices and conference venues. Add your flight or train number in the notes of your request: it helps us organise your welcome.
Which vehicles does FleeTO offer?
A latest-generation fleet: Mercedes-Benz S-Class and E-Class and BMW 7 Series sedans, Mercedes-Benz GLC and BMW X3 SUVs, Mercedes-Benz V-Class minivans and Sprinter minibuses. For larger groups we provide modern, fully equipped Gran Turismo coaches.
Do you work with companies, tour operators and events?
Yes: tailored employee shuttles, planned to guarantee punctuality and efficiency; bespoke solutions for tour operators and travel agencies, with incoming transfers for every need; professional support for events, congresses and VIP delegations.
Is the service available 24 hours a day?
The service is by reservation, with 24/7 operational support: we respond in real time to last-minute changes and urgent requests.
Do your chauffeurs speak English?
Yes: we work with multilingual chauffeurs, ready to welcome international clients and guests.
Can I mention special requirements, such as bulky luggage or child seats?
Of course: in the Notes field of your request you can add your flight number, luggage, child seats, intermediate stops and any other need. We will take them into account when choosing the vehicle and organising the service.
Can I bring pets on board?
Yes, but only small pets (under 10 kg) travelling in their carrier.
